UVR -T mod. C Complex heat counters UVR-Т of С performance is intended for commercial account of heat carrier mass and thermal energy, heat rating in open dual-channel systems of heat supply. Can be used in automated systems of account, control and adjustment of thermal energy, mainly on high-powered heat generating station. Integration : heat counter UVR-Т, one or two ultrasonic flowmeters – with clapm-on or cut-in sensors UVR-011 (included in State register of overpressure transducers. Heat counter UVR-Т measures, calculates, states in internal storage and displays following parametrs: - instant volumetric flow of the heat-carrier on delivery and return pipeline, m3/h; - heat carrier mass, t; - instant thermal capacity, kWt; - quantity of thermal energy, gGoule; - temperature in delivery pipeline, °С; - temperature in return pipeline, °С - temperature of cold water, °С; - device operating time, h; - time of failures; - calendar: year, month, date, hour, minute Relative error of heat counter is not more then: - in range of differential temperature from 5 °С (inclusive) to 10°С - ± 8 %; - in range of differential temperature from 10 °С (inclusive) to 20°С - ± 7 %; - in range of differential temperature from 20 °С (inclusive) до 130°С (inclusive )- ± 5 %. Possibilities: - multi-channeled (up to 6 channels for flow measurement and 5 channels for temperature measurement), that provides simultanteous account of thermal energy for heating, heat water supply and cold water flow; - provides account simultaneously on two heating system outlets; - keeps in archive hourly medium value of flow and temperature through all pipelines for last 45 days; - net power supply 220 W and with storage battery =12 W for last 60 hours when there is no voltage of net power; - possibility of mounting of electronic block of flowmeters and heat counters on distance up to 100 m from flowmeters, pressure and temperature transducers; - presence of interface RS-485 (RS-232) for connection with PC; - possibility of automated forming and printing reports Questionnaire
