Flow meters intended for measurement of the volume flow (consumption) and also for volume of the liquid transporting inside of the head conduit in the forward or reverse directions.

   Flow meter consists of the power module with bond (BPS) and measuring section (MS).  Frame MS is cutting-in section with flanges in which is mounted acoustic converter (AC) of N pairs.  MS consists of the electric module (EM) that provides the radiation of the pings and signal processing entering from AC.  Each pair of AC makes acoustic channel in which is carried out measurement of the liquid flow velocity with the help of electric module. MS determines the direction and the average liquid flow speed inside the pipeline, calculates the volume flow and also the volume of liquid accounting slots. BPS supplies MS with power and also delivers measuring data to the high level PC by the protocol MODBUS  during the mode of interactive communication.
   Starting-up and adjustment, adjustment, diagnostics of the flow meter is carried out under PC control.
   Mode of flow meter operation is uninterrupted.
   Flow meters іs produced at the industrial and dust-ignition-proof construction.
   BPS with spark-safe circuits level “iа” has the mark of implosion protection “ЕхibIIА”, correspond to GOST 22782.5 and designed for placing out of highly explosive areas of the premises and outdoor mountings. 
   MS have the mark of implosion protection “1ЕxibIIАT4  at a unit UVR-011АN/В”, correspond to GOST 22782.0, GOST 22782.5 and can be adjusted on highly explosive areas of premises and outdoor mountings in accordance with chapter 4   PUE ESU (DNAOP 0.00-1.32-01) and with other normative documentation regulated using the electric equipment in highly explosive areas. The flow meter is entered the State Register №U871-05.
