DOZATOR

   Dozator composed of flow-computer VK-011-9.2 and flow meter counter FCM2000 (flow meter) provides the liquid accounting and formation of electric signal at the moment of obtaining the predetermined value (dosage) of mass liquid.
   Liquid accounting is released by the unit of count and also dosage formation is carried out by the flow meter's input pulse signal. Each pulse correspond to increase of mass per  magnitude determined by the set up parameter of  the flow meter “Value of pulse”.

   Dozator can be used for accounting of the different liquids including food, spirits, oil products, petrol and etc.

   Dozator supply with:
- measurement of slots with the help of mounted electronic clock;
- calculation of liquid volume with of the progressive total by the impulse signal of the flow meter about the increase of mass;
- weight of liquid compare with the set value “Dosage minus forestalling”;
- control of the technical equipment loading. at the moment when liquid weight reaches the value “Dosage minus forestalling” the computer generates electric signal of pneumatic valve switching on;
- decoding and signal processing entered the interface HART;
- display of the measuring data of the fluid consumption flow parameters with the flow meter (further consumption) and also temperature and density;
- calculation of liquid parameter average values (consumption, temperature and density) per time of loading and  every one hour;
- time registration of the flow meter inactive status;
- time registration of inactive status and also recording formation about them in archives of worst-case situation;
- automatic change the time for «summer» and «winter» (if there is a permission);
- automatic formation of  the reports about loadings effected during 24 hours.
