SYSTEM OF DATA ACQUISITION AND PROCESSING

Purposes:
- acquisition of the data on the natural gas consumption at the facilities;
- data archiving;
- sorting the data upon the customer’s requirements;
- forming the retrospective in details;
- data representation to the customers upon their requests;
- remote recording of the parameters in the computing device.

System structure:
- Central PC with specialized software and a set of peripheral computing devices for natural gas consumption;
- The peripheral devices may include other measuring instruments or indicating devices, compatible by the interface and protocol, or the devices with standard output signal (ex. current or frequency), that are connected to the system through the controllers (concentrators).

   System configuration available. 
  The system may include up to 250 peripheral computing devices and concentrators with standard SPI (serial peripheral interface).  Thus the user can choose the computing devices of different accuracy rate. While operating the system can be extended by connecting extra devices. The extension procedure is economical and user-friendly.

   Acquisition of the data on the natural gas consumption at the facilities.
   - The main operating mode. Upon the user’s requirements while operating the system can display consumption graphics for several categories of computing devices and facilities. Besides, the system forms operating register, that allows to determine the emergency state, the fact of the power supply enabling/disabling.
   - Forming the retrospective in details allows to register, extend and review the archives. The hourly, daily and monthly archives are available. The user chooses time intervals and details for archiving i.e. the quantity of the archive records within the chosen time interval.
   - Forming the reports with the periodicity and in details up to the user. The system allows to prepare and print the reports, ex. the change report or the daily natural gas consumption report. The data also can be communicated to the PC connected to the system through the network. To protect the system from illegal access a combination of passwords is provided. The passwords have certain hierarchy, i.e. the password for archive reviewing has no effect within the procedure of saving the parameters of the units or the system extending.  The password that enables to delete the data may differ from the one that enables to communicate the data to another server within the facility network etc.
