ENERGY CARRIER ACCOUNT SYSTEM Purpose of energy carrier account system:
- collection information about water and energy carrier flow on enterprises;
- storing of collected information;
- sorting information on will of user;
- forming of retrospective review with given depth and degree of minutness;
- accordance of needed information on demand;
- displaying symbolic circuit of enterprise with possibility of indication on it in real time given set of the measured and calculated parameters; ;
- forming of current documentation with the periodicity and in the nomenclature, determined by user. Supported types of devices:

– Counters of different types, that can be connected to controller ICP
– Continuity of service -source IBP-50, that can be connected to controller ICP
– Heat counter 
Received information (all is written in database):
- internal time of device (if any);
- parametrs and configuration of device (if any);
- all types of archives (hour-long, dayly, monthly, annual, fault archives, interference archives оператора),
- current device data; 
Possibilities:
- automated device inquiry, adjusted in system;
- recording all receives information to database (making archives for further processing)
- using corresponding client software, there is possibility of viewing device parameters, archive data in the form of reports and schedules, and current flow data in digital and graphic kind (flowgrams) in dynamics.
–using additional software removed adjustment and correction device parameters is possible.
